"People need help coping with the constant change and challenges that life throws at them. Simply Put offers them tools and ideas that are both inspirational and practical to help them cope. These tools were born from the spiritual world of Yoga, then tested and formed in real life by the author when she used them to help her and her family overcome the hardships in their own lives. Danit wrote the book when she saw how these ideas not only helped her, but also helped her students cope with the challenges in their lives as well.
